This means orders are shipped directly from our trusted supplier partners. Items may ship from Australian or international locations, and orders may arrive in multiple parcels.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Urban Parcel Australia will also help lodge enquiries with the courier and work with you toward a resolution.
Peak-Period Shipping
During busy seasons such as Christmas, Black Friday, and other national sales events processing and delivery times may increase. Urban Parcel Australia recommends ordering early during peak periods.
