International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
Urban Parcel Australia is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or international courier processes.

Authority to Leave (ATL)
Some couriers offer Authority to Leave. Please be aware that the courier may leave your parcel in a safe location if no one is home.
Urban Parcel Australia is not responsible for parcels that become lost or stolen after Authority to Leave has been selected.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery information is accurate at checkout.
Urban Parcel Australia cannot guarantee a refund or replace orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details supplied by the customer. However, we will do our best to work with you for a suitable solution.
Delivery Issues or Missing Parcels
If your parcel is delayed, damaged or missing, please contact the courier directly. Once a case number has been issued to you, please contact us: Urban Parcel Australia at support@urbanparcelaustralia.com.au. Include your order number, case number and tracking information so we can assist promptly.
Urban Parcel Australia will also help lodge enquiries with the courier and work with you toward a resolution.
Pre-Order or Backorder Items
Some items may be listed as pre-order or backorder. Estimated shipping timeframes will be displayed on the product page.
Orders containing pre-order items may be shipped together once all items are available, unless otherwise stated.
Peak-Period Shipping
During busy seasons such as Christmas, Black Friday, and other national sales events processing and delivery times may increase. Urban Parcel Australia recommends ordering early during peak periods.
